"faculty crunch" is the biggest problem of Indian Universities... and particularly law universities. And rest I think u being the part of a law university, could tell us in a better way.
Also, many students who could become excellent teachers in universities do not go pursue it because of the meager remuneration which is given for such jobs. Hence we dont have good faculties in universities and this is the case with most of the top universities in India such as the IITs, IIMs and various law schools.
